Please read these Terms carefully before using the EZZAYEX platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZZAYEX LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, Kent County, DE 19901. By using our platform you affirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts.
EZZAYEX provides a cloud-based marketing automation and analytics SaaS platform plus managed digital marketing services including email automation, SEO, PPC management, social media management, analytics, and CRM integrations.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at (302) 309-6495 if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis at the then-current rate. All fees are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
Free trials are limited to one per customer. At trial end, your account converts to paid unless cancelled before the trial expires.
You may not use EZZAYEX to send spam, upload malware, engage in fraud, infringe intellectual property, attempt to hack the platform, or damage our reputation. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All platform software, features, designs, and trademarks are owned by EZZAYEX LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant EZZAYEX a limited license to process your data solely to provide services. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZZAYEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Either party may terminate at any time. Your access ceases at the end of the current billing period upon cancellation. We may terminate immediately for Terms violations.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
