New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment, provided:

Recurring charges are generally non-refundable. If charged for a renewal, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal date at our discretion. Requests after 48 hours will not be honored.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded for unused months within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable — you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Managed service fees (PPC, SEO, content creation) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If work has not yet started, contact us within 24 hours of payment.
For prolonged outages exceeding our 99.9% SLA, eligible clients may receive a prorated service credit applied to future billing. Credits are not redeemable as cash.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension. We resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly.
